RL Update for anyone who cares:

Depression comes and goes like a hobag, but I think I've gotten myself all fixed up again. I've missed two Psych appointments in a row now, whee. I'm still passing all my classes, much to my surprise.
And my least favourite part of the moon cycle, mother nature deciding to spite me by kicking me in the invisible dick and making my lower ends bleed for a week. You bitch, mother nature.
Turns out there is a more gender defining thing than public bathrooms, and I have found it.
